QQI Certification & Programme Tracking
Confirm submission dates for Level 5 and Level 6 programmes and track these against the certification cycle for each cohort.
Carry out regular check-ins on assignment and correction status with the correction team, ensuring certification stays on track and escalating any delays.
Chase learners who are late or at risk of missing submission deadlines, keeping records of contact and outcomes.
Confirm exam papers ahead of each assessment sitting.
Full responsibility for the entire certification process – including learner details, results sheet, external authentication, and upload to the QQI QBS System.
Skills & Experience that we need
Excellent working knowledge of SAGE accounting software is critical, including customer setup, payment processing, posting, and statement generation.
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to track multiple submission and certification deadlines across overlapping cohorts.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly in invoice processing and record-keeping.
Confident, professional communication skills, both written and verbal, including handling learner and finance queries.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Comfortable working with databases and tracking spreadsheets to monitor submissions, corrections, and certification status.
Ability to work independently, use initiative and follow established procedures reliably.
An understanding of, and commitment to, data protection and confidentiality.
2 years SAGE experience.
Experience in an administrative role, ideally within an education/training environment with exposure to QQI or similarly regulated certification processes.
Experience in MS Office
Experience in Customer Relations
Experience with MS Teams
The Offer
The is a full-time permanent role with competitive salary of up to €35,000K per annum, depending on candidates’ experience and qualifications.
This role is based in the company's office in Cahir Co. Tipperary so candidates must be based in the region or a short commute.
Applicants on restricted visas or requiring sponsorship cannot be considered. Candidates must also be available to attend an in-person interview in Cahir, Co. Tipperary.
