Daniel is a Senior Consultant within Cpl Life Sciences, specialising in senior commercial leadership appointments across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical technology, capital equipment and engineering businesses. He covers appointments from individual VP, C-level and General Management hires through to large-scale commercial team builds, across Marketing, Business Development, Sales and Market Access.
With six years' experience in life sciences recruitment across the UK and Europe, Daniel has built a particular strength in delivering difficult-to-fill leadership mandates. Earlier in his career he worked as a Market Access consultant, giving him direct exposure to commercial strategy and board-level stakeholder engagement - combined with his BSc in Biology, this allows him to engage credibly with technically-led leadership teams.
