Janice is a Service Delivery Director specialising in MSP’s and Total Talent Solutions, with over 19 years’ experience in the Irish market with extensive experience delivering complex contingent workforce and talent solutions models. Janice has a particular focus on the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector, Janice leads multiple client models for Pfizer, SK Pharmteco, IBM and Kyndryl. In addition to overseeing client service delivery, Janice leads the Centre of Excellence and Life Science Delivery teams, driving consistency, innovation, and operational excellence across the wider delivery function for our Talent Evolution Group within Cpl. Janice’s approach combines strong client partnership, commercial focus and a hands-on leadership style, with a passion for developing high-performing teams and delivering solutions that create measurable value for both clients and candidates.
