Our client is a leading provider of residential services supporting individuals with disabilities, and they are seeking an experienced leader to oversee service delivery and ensure the highest standards of care.
The Role
As Person in Charge, you will be responsible for leading residential services, ensuring excellent outcomes for service users, and maintaining full compliance with HIQA regulations and standards. Experience supporting individuals with autism would be a distinct advantage.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' management experience within Social Care
- Level 7 qualification in Social Care or a related discipline
- Level 6 Management qualification
- Previous experience working within residential services
- Strong knowledge of HIQA standards and regulations
- Full clean driver's licence
