Our client is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and motivated Hub Coordinator to join their Day Services team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled health and social care professional who is passionate about supporting people with intellectual disabilities to live fulfilling lives within their communities.
As Hub Coordinator, you will play a key leadership role within the service, supporting the Day Service Manager in the effective coordination and delivery of high-quality, person-centred supports. You will provide day-to-day guidance and leadership to staff while promoting choice, independence, inclusion, and meaningful participation for the people we support.
