Cpl HR Recruitment have an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Recruitment and Talent leader to shape and drive workforce strategy within a large, complex national organisation delivering critical public services.
This senior leadership role is responsible for developing and executing national recruitment, talent management and retention strategies, ensuring the organisation attracts, hires and retains high-calibre talent across a diverse workforce. You will lead recruitment transformation, workforce supply planning, employer branding, candidate experience, talent pipelines and retention initiatives, while leveraging data and workforce insights to influence senior decision-making.
Leading a specialist team, you will work closely with executive stakeholders to deliver innovative workforce solutions, enhance organisational capability and position the organisation as an employer of choice. The role offers the opportunity to influence national policy, drive significant organisational change and oversee large-scale recruitment programmes within a highly visible and impactful environment.
This opportunity will suit a strategic people leader with substantial experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, workforce planning or talent management gained within a large and complex public or private sector organisation.

Essential Requirements
- Degree qualified (Level 8+ or equivalent) in HR, Business, Management, Organisational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
- 5+ years' management experience within recruitment, talent management, workforce planning, change, or project management in a large organisation.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams, budgets, contracts, and external suppliers.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across complex environments.
- Experience using workforce data and insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Track record of delivering large-scale change and transformation programmes.
- Excellent governance, compliance, and operational management capabilities.
