Are you an experienced Mechanical Operator looking for a stable, hands-on role in a structured manufacturing environment?
Due to continued growth, we are recruiting for multiple Mechanical Operator positions at their growing site in Letterkenny, Co Donegal.
This is a great opportunity to join a well-established operation, supporting manufacturing processes through the safe operation of machinery, monitoring quality output, and meeting daily production targets. The role suits reliable, detail-focused individuals with a strong safety mindset.
Key responsibilities:
Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
Monitor process performance and quality output.
Carry out routine machine setup, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and production schedules.
Report equipment faults, production issues, and deviations.
Support the team in achieving daily production targets.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
Adhere to all Health & Safety and Quality procedures.
Participate in shift work and overtime as required.

Essential Skills, Qualifications/Experience:
Experience operating machinery or equipment in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Ability to follow instructions and work to operating procedures
Good attention to detail with a strong quality focus
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Desirable Skills, Qualifications/Experience:
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
Basic mechanical aptitude or experience with electromechanical systems
Previous shift work experience
