We are currently recruiting a Manufacturing Operator to join our Clients team in Damastown, Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, GMP-regulated manufacturing environment where safety, quality, and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do.
Key Responsibilities
As a Manufacturing Operator, you will:
- Operate manufacturing lines efficiently in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to achieve production output targets.
- Ensure manufacturing equipment and production areas are cleaned and prepared to GMP standards before use.
- Carry out machine and equipment set-up, perform in-process product testing, and monitor product quality throughout manufacturing.
- Complete Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) accurately, including all reconciliations, in line with company procedures.
- Report any equipment faults, damage, or production issues promptly to the Manufacturing Supervisor or Manager.
- Maintain high standards of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and housekeeping at all times.
- Identify and report batches that do not meet quality standards.
- Handle and store Controlled Drugs in accordance with company procedures, ensuring full compliance and product security.
- Adhere to all company Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and perform any additional duties assigned by the Manufacturing Supervisor or Manager.
- Use manufacturing support systems such as MES, SAP, TrackWise, Documentum, and other operational software packages.
Minimum Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Flexibility to work a 3-cycle shift pattern, including overtime when required.
- A good understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); previous experience working in a GMP-regulated environment is highly desirable.
- Strong team-working and collaboration skills.
- A continuous improvement mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- A positive, can-do attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent time management and attendance record.
- Previous manufacturing or pharmaceutical experience is an advantage but not essential.
