The sale and supply of single-use vapes will be banned across England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland from 1st June 2025.
This legislation was laid in Parliament by the Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs (DEFRA) and is a response to the growing environmental concerns associated with these products.
