Since being appointed as sole recruitment partner in December 2023, Cpl has supported a statutory regulatory body in Ireland to meet increasing and complex hiring demands. Through a dedicated, embedded team and a focus on continuous improvement, the partnership delivers scalable, compliant recruitment across permanent, fixed-term and temporary roles, spanning a wide range of grades and specialist disciplines.
Background
The organisation plays a central role in enforcing national regulation and required a significant workforce expansion to meet growing demands. This included sourcing highly skilled professionals across areas such as law, economics, corporate governance, and public policy, alongside recruitment across all public sector grades from Clerical Officer to Principal Officer.
Operating within a public sector framework each campaign required full compliance with the CPSA Code of Practice, alongside the administration of large application volumes. This placed considerable pressure on internal resources. At the same time, the organisation sought to digitally transform its HR operations.
