Cleo McCormack is Director of the Future of Work Institute at Cpl, where she leads its research agenda and works with organisations on what is changing about work and what becomes possible next. Her work sits where emerging technology, human behaviour, and organisational design meet, from how organisations function as AI moves from tool to agent, to how expertise and professional identity survive the loss of the roles that produced them.
Before joining Cpl, Cleo led people-led AI adoption and workforce transformation with UK public and private sector organisations, including the change approach behind the deployment of AI assistants across 56 UK public sector departments. She previously built and led Organisational Development across a global technology business of 3,700 people. Cleo is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, an EMCC Senior Practitioner, and a guest lecturer at Vlerick Business School and Technological University Dublin.
