Alison is an experienced client services and talent acquisition professional, specialising in supporting public sector and semi-state organisations through the delivery of bespoke Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) services and total talent solutions.
Alison manages client requirements across ongoing recruitment programmes and has extensive experience supporting the design, mobilisation, and delivery of recruitment functions for newly established, growing, and transforming organisations.
Alison leads Cpl’s public sector RPO team, overseeing a group of recruitment specialists delivering large-scale and complex hiring programmes across a diverse client base. She brings strong expertise in implementing and optimising recruitment processes, procedures, and systems to enhance operational efficiency. She has successfully partnered with a range of public sector clients, ensuring all recruitment activities are delivered in line with current legislation, governance standards, and best practice.
Alison currently leads and supports the delivery of RPO services across Cpl’s public sector client portfolio. She holds a BSc in Social Science, a CIPD Certificate in Human Resource Practice, and a QQI Level 6 qualification in Training Delivery and Evaluation. She is also registered with the British Psychological Society as an Occupational Test User (Ability and Personality).
