Product Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive, organised and detail-oriented Global Product Marketing Coordinator to join our client and support a dynamic global portfolio of wellness and nutrition products. This role provides essential administrative, operational and coordination support to the Global Product Marketing team, with responsibility for a number of key recurring activities across product reporting and dashboards, claims and compliance, artwork processes, marketing asset workflows, team operations and process governance. The Global Product Marketing Coordinator will take ownership of assigned recurring processes and deliverables, ensuring information is accurate, documentation is maintained, actions are followed through and key deadlines remain on track. Working closely with Product Marketing, New Product Development (NPD), Marketing and cross functional teams, the role will gain broad exposure to global product management, product launches, claims management, artwork and quality processes, reporting, marketing operations and continuous improvement initiatives. This is an opportunity for someone who is highly organised, comfortable managing multiple recurring responsibilities and motivated by creating structure and ensuring work is completed accurately and efficiently within a fast-paced, international environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Global Product Marketing team.
Coordinate regular Product Marketing reporting, including dashboards, monthly reports and supporting data
collection and validation.
Maintain Product Marketing trackers, logs, documentation, SharePoint resources and supporting systems to
ensure information remains accurate and current.
Support product claims, compliance and audit activities, including maintenance of associated records and
documentation.
Support Product Management and New Product Development artwork activities through the Quality
Management System (QMS) and associated processes.
Coordinate Product Marketing creative and asset workflows, including briefs, project tracking, approvals and
final asset management.
Support team communications, meeting actions and shared communication channels, ensuring required
actions are captured and followed through.
Maintain Product Management processes, procedures and supporting resources, and contribute to
continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate purchase orders, payment requests and other Product Marketing administrative activities.
Support competitor analysis, market research, data collection and business information requests.
Assist with presentations, translation/localisation coordination and other Product Marketing materials as
required.
Provide administrative and project coordination support for product launches, NPD activities and other global
Product Marketing initiatives.
Perform all duties in accordance with company policies, procedures, Quality Management System
requirements and applicable guidelines.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
1–3 years’ experience in an administrative, marketing support, project coordination or similar role.
Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Comfortable working with data, dashboards, trackers and reporting tools, with the ability to identify
inconsistencies, missing information and potential errors.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple recurring tasks, deadlines and priorities simultaneously and follow activities
through to completion.
Proactive and organised approach, with the confidence to follow up with stakeholders on outstanding
actions, information and deadlines.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders across different functions, markets and
Ability to work independently, use initiative and escalate risks or issues appropriately.
Comfortable adapting to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change within a fast
paced environment.
Previous experience within Marketing, Product Management or a regulated environment would be
advantageous.
Experience with Smartsheet, SharePoint, Quality Management Systems or similar workflow and
- documentation platforms would be advantageous
- Has the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
