Join a team of multilingual Customer Service Agents in Galway City providing B2C customer service by phone, email and chat to customers from the German speaking countries in Europe as well as English.
This role would suit someone with previous experience working in an office, or in hospitality where dealing with customers queries over the phone as well as in person.
We offer a regular schedule Monday to Friday from 9am to 5:30pm with an earlier finishing time on Friday!
