Business Development Representative (BDR) – German Speaking

Our client, a global leader in B2C CRM and marketing automation, growing at 28% quarter-on-quarter with over 196,000 customers worldwide, is building out its Dublin sales team and looking for an experienced, German-speaking BDR who's ready for a platform, a product, and a team that matches their ambition.

What You'll Do
- Identify and prioritise high-potential companies for a market-leading solution
- Partner directly with experienced Account Executives on prospecting strategy — not just execution
- Shape and iterate outbound messaging rather than working from a rigid script
- Feed insights back into the wider team, helping set the standard for outbound best practice
- Work within a culture built on accountability and mutual effort, not micromanagement
What We're Looking For
- Solid experience in an inbound or outbound BDR role, ideally within marketing technology or SaaS
- Fluency in German, written and verbal
- A track record of hitting — or exceeding — targets, and the drive to keep raising your own bar
- Comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast-paced environment
- Sharp, detail-oriented, and professional under pressure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
