We are recruiting for a Band 7 Speech and Language Therapist to join acharity in Sutton, supporting children and young people with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD).
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Speech and Language Therapist looking to work within a specialist multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality, person-centred interventions that support communication, participation and independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a specialist PMLD caseload.
- Assess, diagnose and deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy interventions.
- Develop individualised communication programmes.
- Work collaboratively with families, education staff and the wider multidisciplinary team.
- Contribute to Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), reviews and clinical documentation.
- Provide advice, training and support to colleagues and carers.
