The Role
Cpl UK Healthcare are currently recruiting for a Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join Forest Bridge School in Berkshire, working within a specialist paediatric ASD setting.

The role involves supporting children and young people with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) within a specialist educational environment. You will provide assessment and intervention to support sensory processing, functional independence, and engagement in learning. Sponsorship is available for eligible candidates.
Responsibilities
- Manage a paediatric ASD caseload within a specialist school setting
- Complete functional, sensory, and developmental assessments
- Develop and implement individualised therapy plans
- Support sensory regulation and participation in education
- Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and the multidisciplinary team
- Contribute to EHCPs and educational outcomes
- Maintain accurate clinical records and reports
Requirements
- HCPC registration
- Experience in paediatric occupational therapy, ideally with autism
- Knowledge of sensory integration and neurodevelopmental conditions
- Ability to work independently within educational settings
- Strong communication and organisational skills
