The Role
Cpl UK Healthcare are currently recruiting for a Band 6 Speech and Language Therapist to join a service in West London working with a paediatric caseload of children and young people aged 3–19 with moderate to complex autism.

The role involves working within a specialist educational setting, supporting children and young people with autism spectrum conditions. You will provide specialist assessment and intervention to support communication, social interaction, and access to learning.
Responsibilities
- Manage a paediatric caseload of children and young people with autism
- Complete speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualised therapy plans
- Work collaboratively with school staff, families, and the multidisciplinary team
- Provide strategies to support communication and social interaction
- Contribute to EHCPs and education-based outcomes
- Maintain accurate clinical records and reports
Requirements
- HCPC registration
- Experience working within paediatric speech and language therapy, ideally with autism
- Knowledge of communication needs and autism spectrum conditions
- Ability to work independently within educational settings
- Strong communication and organisational skills
