Janet is working with Cpl for over 20 years. She is a Director within the Cpl Technology team, leading a team of highly specialist IT Recruitment Consultants, working across all sectors and disciplines, providing top talent on a flexible, contingent basis ( day rate limited company contractors and PAYE temporary workers) and fixed term, permanent hires. Janets main market is project management and transformation, hiring high calibre business and/or IT focused Programme Managers, Project Managers , PMO Specialists, Business Analysts, Process Experts including Six Sigma, Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches, Change & Transformation Specialists (PROSCI Certified).
Aside from day to day recruitment, Janet partners with key clients within the public and private sectors including Telco, Utilities, Professional Services, Financial Services and Insurance to manage client relationships and oversee the successful delivery of their resourcing needs.
Janet has a Degree in HR, is CIPD Certified and holds a Diploma in Project Management. She successfully completed an executive leadership performance programme with UCD in 2025.
