Deborah Crilly

With more than 20 years of experience in recruitment and talent advisory, Deborah has partnered with organisations across Ireland, the UK, the US and international markets to deliver strategic hiring solutions that drive growth, transformation and long-term success.

Since joining Cpl in 2018, she has led senior executive and specialist talent solutions for a diverse portfolio of clients, including indigenous businesses, SMEs, multinationals, not-for-profit organisations, charities and public sector bodies. Her focus is on delivering a consultative, high-impact service that aligns exceptional talent with organisations’ ambition.

Throughout her career, Deborah has recruited across HR, finance, tax, legal, technology, sales, marketing, engineering, supply chain, science, operations, aviation leasing, and professional services, delivering contingency recruitment, retained executive search and large-scale project assignments.

She began her recruitment career in London with a boutique City firm before returning to Ireland, where she played a key role in building recognised recruitment brands across Dublin and Cork, with a particular focus on executive search and leadership hiring. Deborah holds qualifications in Consumer Studies and Legal Studies and is also a qualified and accredited Executive and Life Coach, an approach that strengthens her ability to build trusted partnerships and support both clients and candidates in achieving meaningful outcomes.
